Tori Hudson, N.D.
Medical Director
Dr. Hudson graduated from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in 1984 where she has since served in many capacities: Professor, Medical Director, Associate Academic Dean, and Academic Dean. In 1990, she was awarded the American Association of Naturopathic Physician's President's Award, and in 1999, Naturopathic Physician of the Year and in 2003 the NCNM Pioneer award.  Dr. Hudson is a national lecturer, contributor to many magazines and books, author, educator and researcher.  She has over 24 years of experience and expertise in women's health utilizing nutrition, nutraceuticals, herbs, bio-identical hormones and other therapies to treat all gynecological and primary care conditions for women.  She is author of the book, Women's Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine

Barbara MacDonald, N.D., L.Ac.

Dr. MacDonald has practiced naturopathic medicine for more than ten years and Chinese medicine since 2003.  She utilizes a comprehensive interview, physical exam, energetic assessment and functional laboratory testing to help resolve any obstacles to patients' wellness.  She has a practice focus on holistic cancer care, mind-body medicine, women's health, menopause, endocrine disorders and health coaching with diet, nutrition and lifestyle.  A naturopathic physician, acupuncturist, Chinese and western herbalist, and CranioSacral therapist, she uses nutritional supplements and therapeutic dietary recommendations in her practice.

Stephanie Kaplan, N.D.

Dr. Kaplan uses a variety of therapies in her practice, including nutrition and lifestyle counseling, botanical medicine, homeopathy and craniosacral therapy. Through an individualized approach, she utilizes these modalities to treat the multiple causes of illness focusing on the health of woen. Dr. Kaplan treats the whole family - children, partners and parents of her patients.  The core of her practice emphasizes wellness and health optimization.  Dr. Kaplan is a graduate of the National College of Naturopathic Medicine.  Dr. Kaplan is president of the Oregon Association of Naturopathic Physicians.

Leigh Kochan Lewis, N.D., L.Ac.

Dr. Lewis is a graduate of Bastyr University and has completed a two-year residency at A Woman's Time and the National College of Naturopathic Medicine.  She has a special interest in integrative women's health care combining naturopathic, conventional and Chinese therapies.  Dr. Lewis specializes in general gynecology, menstrual disorders, menopause, infertility and pre-pregnancy counseling.  An avid athlete, Dr. Lewis puts special emphasis on nutrition and exercise in health maintenance and disease prevention and treatment.

Wendy Vannoy, N.D.
Naturopathic Physician
Dr. Vannoy is a graduate of the National College of Naturopathic Medicine and has completed a three-year Integrative Medicine residency at A Woman's Time.  Her practice addresses all aspects of women's health guided by a long held interest in how chronic disease uniquely affects women and 14 years experience in the supplement and nutrition industry.  Special areas of interest include collaborative cancer care, hormonal health, and gynecology.  Drawn to naturopathic medicine for its common sense approach to health, Dr. Vannoy is a firm believer in education as a means to taking charge of one's health.

Jessie Speirs, N.D.
Naturopathic Physician
Dr. Speirs received her doctorate in naturopathic medicine from the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR.  She is currently and integrative medicine resident at A Woman's Time.  She enjoys general family practice, with a focus on women's health, rheumatology, chronic pain and mind/body medicine.  She uses an ecclectic combination of natural therapies and techniques to work with underlying causes of chronic illness and support optimal health and wellness.

Carrie Skinner, N.D.
Naturopathic Physician
Dr. Skinner received her Bachelor of Science in both biology and philosophy from the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon.  Her doctoral thesis focused on antioxidant supplementation during chemotherapy at the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland Oregon, where she recently received her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. 
In her practice as a resident at A Woman’s Time, she focuses on nutrition, lifestyle counseling, nutrient and  botanical supplementation, flower essences, women’s health, and supporting a truly integrative approach to patient care. 

Karen Hudson, M.P., H.C.

Karen graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Psychology and did her Master's Studies at Marylhurst University.  Karen works with individuals, couples, families and facilitates groups.  She works with the client to help them achieve their goals, working through fears, patterns, hidden dynamics and roadblocks that may be preventing them from living the life they want.  Karen helps her clients to make choices that help them to move their lives forward.  Karen is also a certified facilitator of Systemic Constellations and certified in the methods of Dr. Phil McGraw.  Most recently she has been accepted into the highly renowned Fearless Living Institute.

Theresa Baisley, L.M.T.
Licensed Massage Therapist
Theresa has been licensed for over 21 years in Oregon, and specializes in deep tissue and sports massage.  An avid athlete herself, Theresa understands and has the expertise to work with you for maximum benefit.  Theresa also has experience in massage for people living with cancer.  She sees clients with cancer in her private practice and regularly volunteers giving massages in the cancer unit at OHSU.  She also volunteers at a Muscular Dystrophy camp to provide massage for disabled children.  Currently, she is researching documentation for Shriner's Childrens Hospital and the effect massage has on post-surgery patients.
